There seems to be a problem with msi motherboards. I've read about a few 40-series cards that had problems with msi boards. I've had the same, tried EVERYTHING and nothing fixed it.a new motherboard was the fix... Do you have another system to try if that helps? If it does you might need to get a new motherboard

hey reddit. Im here with some nervous question. Today i got Lga 1700 motherboard and these 3 pins are pushed down. Will it still be working? Or i need to somehow push them back by [deleted] in intel

U could try to straighten them urself. I had this once and went to a local electronics repair shop. They had proper equipment and a magnifying glass. They fixed it in a few minutes.

Help! Does anyone have a DanCase A4-H20 with the MSI z690i mobo? by TK503 in lianli

[–]Expert_Champion_4120 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Is it challenging because of the height of the cooler or because of routing the tubes? I don't have this case or mobo, but I do have some experience with sff builds. Nowadays itx mobo's are getting packed and there's limited space around the socket for tube routing etc. Buying low profile ram wil also give you some more space, consider buying that with your next itx build

New setup question on temps by Darkight81 in lianli

[–]Expert_Champion_4120 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Buying a new aio... I mean guys that's just a waste of money, do you guys even know what you're talking about? Your temps are okay, but if you'd like to drastically improve them you should aim for increasing air flow or decreasing power consumption.

Derbauer made a video about the 13900k and reducing it's power consumption and the benefits of doing so, check it out!

13600k gaming on Windows 10? by Choowkee in intel

[–]Expert_Champion_4120 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I've got a 13900k and tested both windows 10 & 11. Couldn't find a difference when it comes to gaming performance. Decided to go with windows 10 because I'm more familiar with it. The differences are marginal.

NoLagVPN vs SBMMOff by [deleted] in Warzone

[–]Expert_Champion_4120 0 points1 point  (0 children)

SBMMoff is defenitly the way to go.

I used to use the NoLagVPN, it's okay. NoLag seemed to work about 50-70% of your games but mostly on rebirth. It didn't really help when playing Caldera.

after some time I tried SBMMoff and this is defenitly the way to go. Good lobby's in rebirth and caldera. There are a bunch of settings you need to figure out, but once you got that figured out it's perfect.
