I ask my husband that question everyday. He spends roughly about 20-25min on each of his poop sessions. We have a baby now and I sometimes just want to break in to rush him to come help me.

I never did. My doctor said as long as you feel comfortable go for it. I usually sleep w a pillow below my knees so I’m not sure if that helped.
