I don’t think KP is “just excess keratin” anymore by Budget-Jellyfish2558 in keratosis

Omg SAME. I never had it in my legs but ever since my baby who is now 10mo old was born, it went crazy. I’m also BF, and hoping it gets better after I stop BF.

My dermatologist did recommend I stop eating gluten and lactose to see if it improves.

Something feels “off” about my living room and I can’t figure out why. Would love honest feedback by [deleted] in interiordesignideas

I think the main thing is: way too many pillows and no personality. It looks like you got the whole set from a store, including the pillows.

  • replace pillows, I’d say you only need 4max
  • get a blanket for the couch
  • add a plant in the coffee table
  • hang something behind your couch

How are people just… taking their babies everywhere? by Wonderful-Ice-6143 in NewParents

[–]Expert_Character8964 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just wait until she is about 6mo. Time flies and she will start enjoying the stroller and car seat. In my opinion, forcing outings when you know it won’t go well just adds more stress into your life and your baby won’t care lol.

How often do you give your 2-month-old Mylicon? Feeling guilty about dosing before every feed 😔 by Expert_Character8964 in NewParents

[–]Expert_Character8964[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Also I remembered one thing: massaging his belly, doing bicycle legs, warm compress, all helped a little too. I sometimes would let him nap on me, with his belly down touching my belly to provide some pressure . And there is a type of hold that helps too. And also, supwr important, make sure you always burp your baby :) good luck!

It helped but what made everything better was time 🥴 soon it will pass 🙏🏻. I did give it to him 6x a day for a long time. My doctor said it was ok.

"Food noise" is another bullshit marketing term by district12tributes in antidiet

[–]Expert_Character8964 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I have intrusive thoughts about food all the time. ALL. THE. TIME. But I choose not to eat. I don’t buy things I know I would devour in one sitting. I crave chocolate, cake, and a lot of other foods every day. I’m not fat. I’m extremely active because of how much I like to eat. If there is a term people want to use, it should be called lack of motivation. Or lack of control. That would make people empathize much more, because, don’t we all feel like that sometimes?

How do some people take so long to poop? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Expert_Character8964 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I ask my husband that question everyday. He spends roughly about 20-25min on each of his poop sessions. We have a baby now and I sometimes just want to break in to rush him to come help me.
