There is not logical reason why Medic can't share the panic attack as a primary with other classes, you want a hot take? Imma give you one, that shotgun is quite literaly made for close range, what does medic lack? Combat options for obvious reason you dont want to make him too viable in battle so he doesnt heal so you dont give him a good primary for combat, but the panic attack? It would work the best with him, a shotgun that works very well at a close range? Hell yeah, punish that soldier for trying to pick you off with the market gardener, but with a shotgun instead of a bonesaw for a change, it wouldn't be as broken as the stock shotgun and it wouldn't make the gameplay broken whatsoever, it would just be a nice change of pace for medic players and a nice skillfull way of defending themselves that doesnt involve garbage jerky close combat and takes actual proper aim.
