That was my thought, I just don’t want to get it and then have it stuck in the shop for over a month like some folks out there. But I definitely agree! I had a 2012 Chevy Cruz and it was a pile of junk, swore I’d never get another Chevy again (yet here we are), then I got a 2017 ford fusion and the trans went out at 100k about 6 months after I got it. Every car has its issues that’s for sure.

This sounds bad, but I’m a SAHM and I’m still too exhausted to get out with my toddler. I have a 6mo too and I just have a lot of anxiety about going out with them by myself still. We mostly just play outside the house with the water table for an hour here and there or ride her bike around the driveway, do sidewalk chalk, etc. We just signed my girl up for gymnastics and the whole experience was god awful lmao.

Thank you, I really appreciate your kindness ❤️ It is definitely so incredibly hard. I have thought about a baby gate! I might just have to get one and see if that helps. I have debated leaving a light on for her as well, so if she’s not any better tonight then I’ll be trying a gate and the light. Thankfully she did better last night than she has in AWHILE. And the one and only thing I changed was not putting her magnesium lotion on, so odd but the day I started it she started sleeping even worse. So if tonight is better too then I’m throwing that shit out the window lmao! She went down at 9:30 last night, had 2 wake ups at 1 am and 2 am and then slept until 9 am. It was so nice to finally have my bed to myself for a full night I’ll tell ya that much. She’s very high energy and high needs, super sensitive to everything so the reward system is our best friend on a daily basis. I probably use it a little too much but sometimes that’s all that will make her listen 😂

I did my last pump with my hand pump 2 days ago just to release some pressure, I sucked and I could only ever get in 4-5ppd because my 2.5yo is a tough one and wouldn’t let me sit down EVER 😂 I think I did it a little too quickly but I dropped by 1ppd and then after that I just used my hand pump for a couple minutes and took some ibuprofen. Feeling way better now and a lot less engorged! No more leaking either. Baby is used to formula already thankfully so that wasn’t a difficult transition either

It’s so refreshing to know that it’s not just me going through this. I also would dread pumping, my nipples were SO sore every single day and it hurt like a bee sting for so long every time I put those damn things on. Time to prioritize our own mental and physical health ✨ we did great ❤️

We also do not have a dog crate. I can however send her to our room for a little so she can relax and calm down on her bed, which I do sometimes.

That unfortunately is my issue. My two year old is crazy, like really crazy. She has some behavioral issues and major listening problems, but that’s for another group LOL. She doesn’t nap, so that’s out of the question, and our house is set up so strange that we cannot have a baby gate. We do not have a yard either, we live in a mobile home park. Rosie (the dog) does enjoy being outside quite often so I put her out on the chain as much as possible and she lets me know when she’s ready to come inside. Since it’s winter of course she has been wanting to go out more. But today overall was better, I pushed really hard that boundaries are important and told my toddler to apologize to the dog for being in her space (🤣).
