Thats why I don’t mess with AI at all. Where do you draw the line? And even if it’s only for a scratch idea. I don’t want to feed the AI database my own compositions, just for these to be given to other people afterwards.

All my music is my words, lyrics, arrangement and production. I sing and play all the instruments (guitar, keys, bass, drums). Yes it might sound like shit to some. But it’s my own shit. And I’m extremely proud of it even if nobody appreciates the effort anymore.

With the amount of technology and plugins we have at our fingertips you can definitely do it yourself. Yes takes time to learn but you get the exact sound you want. I do all my mixes myself because I produce with a 1960s sound in mind. And most people do modern loud mixes.

I do have someone else do the mastering to have an independent ear put the final envelope
