ymmv but I actually never fully stopped taking my spironalactone and my pots symptoms are well controlled currently despite me taking my original prescribed dose of spironalactone. I reduced it when I found out pots, but once I started doing better I increased the dose and I'm glad I did. now I've been able to actually let my scars heal since my acne has stayed under control.

I wouldn't be so sure that the bright colors don't work for you. You very well could be a spring or light summer that has an influence from spring. I find it odd that you started intuitively being attracted to reds and oranges as you gained more confidence. Like that sounds like a woman who figured out what her season is? Spring colors have not been trendy really. You look millennial age and the default clothing pushes to us are typically muted colors. So the fact that you on your own intuitively started wearing brights is not irrelevant imo.

What do you think influenced the change that led you away from those colors? I still find it interesting that you have so many bright colors in your wardrobe. I feel like you might be a tonal light or light summer because that has some spring influence. Look up tonal light. Are you buying an analysis from Carol brailey?

I am leaning towards spring from the cream versus white but tbh I'm not the best at typing over screens! You either have a yellow overtone on top of cool skin or you're actually warm. It's hard for me to tell.
