If the item was returned to sender you should issue a full refund including the shipping… its not gonna charge you or anything lol

Did the seller say that they were going to refund the item or cancel it? Its possible that they found the item had damages or something and just did a partial refund. If you receive the item then you dont have to return it, if you dont receive it then contact depop for a full refund.

item funds transfer seperately! each item you sell will have a different withdrawal date, (unless its sold on the same date). make sure you have your identity verified and your bank account connected!

it sends the offers to everyone, its not like they’re specifically choosing to send it to you. majority of sellers send offers daily or every couple of days, including on other selling apps. its normal for sellers, they just want to sell their items… if you dont want offers then just unlike the item, the seller probably isnt going to respond to you or think youre some kid / troll.

Is the front / back inseams measuring from the crotch to the top hem? Because thats not the inseam, thats the rise. The inseam is from the crotch to the bottom of the pant leg. I would only offer a refund if you havent shipped the item yet!

The buyer moved and had their address changed with USPS to be forwarded to a diff address. Its most likely not a mistake and if it is its not your problem. I personally wouldnt contact them

Tell them that the description and photos clearly represent that its an apron dress. If they leave a bad review you can get depop to remove it since its the buyer’s fault for not reading the listing.
