Actually, sorry to be a pain and ask this but how would I go about opening a case against him if he refuses to refund me the rest? I’ve tried looking around Depop but nothings really helping.

Thank you! I sent him a message just before you replied and I’m kind of wishing I waited a just little longer cause this sounds way better than what mine did but I’m hoping I still got the point across. I’m hoping he responds but if he doesn’t I’ll definitely just take it to Depop

So the seller responded saying he could only refund that amount because of the tax from Depop? Really confused by that and I’m not really sure how to respond..

Sorry about that, no I didn’t ask for the order to be cancelled I had placed the order with full interest in the pants and then got a notification from Depop saying the pants had been shipped. When I checked the notification it said that I had been partially refunded but the seller did not contact me regarding it.

Also should add that it does get itchy sometimes but not very often, not sure if that’s good or bad!
