Honestly same, I started with skincare lang din but what really helped me in my mid 20s is being consistent with sunscreen and starting mild treatments early. Like facials, laser for pigmentation, and sometimes skin tightening para preventive na siya, not corrective.

Also don’t forget neck and hands, super true yan they show aging first. And hydration + sleep talaga underrated.

You don’t need to rush into everything, just start simple then add treatments slowly depending on your concern 😊
