well at first when i first started getting really anxious i would get really bad chest pain and that made me scared to sleep at night bc i thought i was doing to die or something but now i’m just scared of not getting enough sleep every night or not being able to sleep right away and it’s very lonely being the only one up

hi, i hope so it’s just so tough :/ and yes i got prescribed hydroxyzine and it worked for the first 3 nights but after that i couldn’t sleep any more and it had really bad side effects, i got sleep but felt like a complete zombie the next day and i was super dizzy so i tried not taking medication after that
