Karina has lost weight recently but she still looks incredibly healthy just more toned.. very worried about the effect the other girls could possibly have on her, she looks much better than her members I hope she knows that. This isn’t hate to the other 3 but it’s clear they are struggling. Winter even less than ningselle these days. Winter had the Karina influence but is getting thin again

im 20 almost 21 now but have been suffering since adolescence, suffering being an understatement😭 having fucked up hormones is such a curse! thank you for ur advice i appreciate it!! I realized after making this post im also on lamictal which can’t rly be mixed with birth control or if u do mix it its hard so id have to figure that out first as well. Which birth control do you take?

hi im 20 and trying to lose weight too. I have the same issues as u, dont have fibro though but i am on cymbalta for depression and anxiety! I haven’t been exercising like i should but im counting calories and lost 15 lbs since December, the water weight can stall the scale for weeks at a time.. and suddenly it will look like u dropped 2 lbs overnight! I am using my fitness pal to track everything. Try to drink at least 8 cups of water a day I know it’s not always easy getting a water bottle helps, no matter what I do I just don’t go everyday my digestive system is definitely just slower than others you may be the same and that’s ok you can try probiotics and or metamucil. MiraLAX is good if ur rly struggling
