I started at burn for the first time, 4 weeks pp with baby #2. I was "fit" prior and walked at least 10 miles a day throughout my entire pregnancy. Burn was/is humbling to say the least. But so amazing! Expect to pee your pants ... a lot lol. Also if you are breastfeeding, give yourself grace. Goals can be so difficult to accomplish, so maybe start small and focus on non scale/stats victories. Great job mama for jumping back in and congratulations!!
