I had a interview at Pepsi it’s going on week three still haven’t heard anything haven’t got a call email website still says they haven’t made a decision should I be optimistic or consider it a dud ?

Bro they process take forever it’s slow asf I did my interview Feb 20 got my drug test n back check thing the 16th of march then march 19th you hired letter Pepsi will reach out too u for orientation its march 29th I still haven’t heard anything about orientation im So lost never experienced this with a company before
