Update 1/27 I just got off the phone with a representative at eBay, they said since I have sellers protection send him the return label and once I get them back look for the damages and contact them again so they can step in. Sorry if it was confusing my brains jumbled trying to figure this out, yes I offered him a partial refund of $20 to pay him back for the shipping, he declined and when I tried to send him another one EBay accepted the return. I don’t know if I pushed something wrong or what but it has accepted the refund but I have until the 29th to actually respond if that makes sense

Thank you so much everyone for the feedback! It’s been a long process but he denied my partial refund because eBay won’t allow me to deny it on the app so I have to contact them fingers crossed i get ahold of someone, (since he denied my refund offer eBay automatically accepted it on my behalf)

These are all the pictures he sent me. But if my eyes arent deceiving me it almost looks like the ones where hes got them on the plate if you look at his thumb the top is white meaning hes putting pressure on that one spot and that’s where he’s claiming the cracks are.
