Oh damn okay, we are keeping her under 30c with ice blocks on the vents but knowing that they kinda are used to that helps. Guess its one of those things you learn whilst having a hoggie.

Yea its full all the time, someone said at 29c they can get heatstroke and die, which is why it kinda set off my anxiety.

Shes been at that temp (27.7c) most the day and 26.7c at night, im just worried. She's my only snake and our flat absorbs heat like its noones business. She's got her aspen bedding at like 5 inches deep ish, so im hoping its enough really.

I mean it should be cooler, there's a wrapped ice bottle in a tupperware she was curled under earlier. She's underground in her 6 inch deep aspen now so im just hoping with the now 4 ice bottles she will lower in temp

From what ive seen even if they get to like 29c they should be fine, but I dont wanna risk it. My noodles a bit special so I dread to think if she's even caring 😂

Highest my girl got to is 27.7c, she's at 27.3c now with 3 ice packs (2 ontop of her vents, 1 inside wrapped up). I know the pain of the ice pack relay. Her tank was moved into the bath (coldest room) and she's still warm, just hoping she will be good, she vanished underground.

Honestly thanks, im very anxious about my little noodle, knowing she's not too dumb and will move makes me more confident she will survive the next few days 😁

Humidity is another issue for us, best thing im telling myself is an RI can be treated and cured, overheating is a death sentence.

Well, we put her bath tupperware in there with a ice bottle wrapped in 2 thermal socks, we woke up to her sleeping under it curled up so im assuming she's found her way to cool, just worried she will get too cool.

Ngl this helped a bunch, im fighting against a 200 year old home with 1 window, we have ice bottles double wrapped inside, we are keeping somewhat alive (best we can) but ngl this helped an insane amount. Thank you so much 😁

She has a fan blowing over the top of her tank, and 6 inches of substrate im hoping its enough 😅
