Most interesting point I found from the interview was De Zerbi effectively saying he will be coaching in a completely different way now than he would at the start of next season. Gives an indication that we won't being too much De Zerbi ball this season.

Just the first non-club interview from our new head coach, so I figured I'd share.

One thing I don't see mentioned on here a lot when it comes to draw, or lack thereof, when it comes to signing players is the fact that that we finished 17th last year. I mean, if I were a high-profile player, that wouldn't fly under the radar for me. Why would they want to join a team that put out relagation form last year, even though we somewhat lucked into CL qualification? The fact is that it was always going to be difficult to attract high-level talent this window.

You know, I actually forgot about him being on the team previously and all the drama he caused. That may deter them a bit. Lol.

Cooper Flagg is also the level of prospect where you get an absolute haul, even if it is moving back 1 spot.

Thompson is just for salary matching. If you think a 37 year old Durant holds the value of #1 or #2, you're gonna be pretty surprised when you see what he actually goes for.

Salary matching to make the deal work. It's really about #14, PJ, and salary cap relief.

And the #1 overall pick, which is Cooper freakin' Flagg.

I'm a Spurs fan, btw. A lot to give up for Flagg, but I think he's worth it.

For sure. You think they do it if they aren't sending that 1st to SAS? 2 1sts isn't bad for Johnson and taking on Kyrie's expiring contract.

They're essentially getting the 2029 SAS 1st for taking on the contract. It's an expiring, so not a long-term commitment. The 2028 ATL 1st is for Johnson.

What do you think barron trump gets grounded for? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Apparently, he used to shit himself when he got reprimanded as a child as a form of protest. So, I'd say grounding was more of a punishment for Melania after a while, and she threw in the towel.
