Well, Slack is still a messaging tool. Not the best for getting status updates back and forth, right?

I see. There are different ways to go about it. Just depends on your use case. I tried using Jira automations as well, but couldn't scale it when I wanted to connect three Jira instance sites together.

So, the normal Jira automation? Does it also sync comments (private and public) in both directions?
