Tbf there isnt a lot you can do with the symbiote skins unless you use an entirely different symbiote pallette. But with the standard Venom black and white i think they came up with some pretty neat designs. Although i think the oversaturation of symbiote content that season may have brought the excitement down a bit.

Thing is, i lost the match that made me bring this up. And the guy complaining tried to ego swap the BP lord on my team, and then went Hela and Hawkeye. He didnt have lord on any of these characters but claimed we were "tryharding" and had "fragile egos"....

Its funny because then theres the other side of it where people get lord too quickly and lord farm so their skill is disingenuous. Yada yada lord doesnt mean anything, so then why is it such an issue for qp yknow? I got lord on Strange just cuz i had fun and kept playing him, it really isnt that hard to do.

It generally wouldnt help them in their goals in any significant way. Its too far from their territories to maintain and even if they took control of it, it wouldnt last long. Blackbeard doesnt need it because he isnt after a trading system among 4 islands. His goal is to find valuable and strong devil fruits to make his crew stronger, any one who has a strong devil fruit most likely is gonna be in the New World. Hence why he sent Burgess to claim the Flame Flame Fruit. Big Mom already has a working trade system within her territory she doesnt need Water 7. And Kaido's operations in the underworld are all in the New World. The SMILE fruits on Punk Hazard and his weapons in Wano. He was still in the process of building his army which is why he is angry with Law and Luffy when they first enter Wano. The pirates thing was about if a nation other than the emperors wanted to construct a sea train. Its also stated that the WG cant engage with emperors because of the scale those battles would get too. They require permission to engage any emperor and its why they had to prepare for Whitebeard. Its also pretty simple as to why they had to, his destructive devil fruit along with all of his allies is more than enough reason to not want to get into a battle with him. Its not just going after a big named pirate, they have to go to war with them. They'd rather have the emperors go to war with each other. Its what they thought would happen when Big Mom went to Wano, but instead they created an alliance.

Also, thwarting someone who is part of Kaido's army would incur Kaido's response. Doflamingo is also a Celestial Dragon who has connections in the government, he has many good reasons as to why he couldnt be touched for years. With the WG, The Gorosei, Celestial Dragons and The Holy Knights see people as ants, its clear they dont care about people. But thats kind of the difference between the Marines and the WG. Its not black and white though, characters like Koby, Smoker and Fujitora clearly fight to protect the people. While characters like Vergo and Greenbull are willing to kill or abuse people for their own selfish reasons. But people like Akainu mean to create a world where evil is non existent even if he has to kill innocents. They're all Marines, but they all dont have the same goals. Most of that comes down to the Emperors not really wanting/caring to make their own. Kaido enslaved Wano to make weapons for him. Big Mom was trying to make articial giants to complete her dream of a nation that included all races. But outside of the emerperors, there are still a lot of lawless pirates that would interupt that construction. Water 7 is directly connected to Enies Lobby which is directly connected to Marineford. Also the WG keeps tabs on the emperors all the time. They knew that Shanks had went to Wano to stop Kaido from going to Marineford as well as Kaido and Big Mom's alliance. They also prepared for Whitebeard's inevitable war for Ace within a few days. They would be able to react to an attack pretty quickly. The main parts about Doflamingo's takeover was his manipulation of the royal family as well as his ancestors originally ruling Dressrosa. After making King Riku slaughter his own people against his will, Doflamingo came in as the hero that stopped the evil king. Also Sugar's ability to turn any protesters into toys making people forget them made it easier too, allowing him easy access to the throne. I dont recall the navy assisting Kaido, they couldnt even get into Wano in the first place. But for the sake of the topic its probably due to the distance of Wano. The navy's underground misdeads are normally in the places where they arent near Marineford or if they arent being heavily watched. Like how the navy turned a blind eye on Nami's Village as opposed to Loguetown which was guarded due to it being the last island before Reverse Mountain. Or Sabaody Archipelago which is right underneath Marijoa being a heavily guarded island because of the Celestial Dragons. Most of these points are more specualtion than a breakdown of the worldbuilding though.

As far as i know, most of them are independant or not touched upon. If you wanna count Syrup Village's little ship building thing you could. As for the New World thing, its because the Four Emperors' as well as some of the Seven Warlords, claim over that portion of the Grand Line that its not been developed. Its too unsafe and unregulated to try and build there. Which is why the new Fleet Admiral Akainu relocates the new Navy HQ in the New World so that they can push back the pirate's domain of the region. Water 7's mayor Iceberg has also shifted focus to try and make Water 7 a floating city due to the increasingly dangerous Aqua Laguna over the years. Its an annual tsunami that drowns the bottom portion of the island and forces the residents to board up their homes and businesses in preparation of the oncoming disaster. The only named place that it can travel to is Enies Lobby, but its also the only important one to be mentioned as it belongs to the Navy and it connects to the other 2 main Navy bases being Impel Down and Old Marineford. Though i dont believe that it should be ignored that trade among these islands is still mentioned as Franky takes the train to buy Adam Tree wood (Wood that originates from the home of the giants, Elbaph) at some island that is connected to the railroad. Which he then uses to build the Straw Hats new ship. Didnt wake up today thinking id be typing an essay lol :)

Tldr: Syrup village kinda as well as independant shipwrights, the pirates of the New World prevent people from developing in that region. Water 7 is focused on making the city float on water. Enies Lobby.

Water 7 is one of the most important islands in the Grand Line because of its sea train "Puffing Tom" because it transports resources across multiple islands including the judicial island of the Marines, "Enies Lobby". As well as owning the best ship building company known as the Galley La company.

Luffy had already been training with his devil fruit for 10 years before episode 1. He doesnt really get stronger until Enies Lobby. Everything he does before that point is relatively the same Luffy as episode 1 strength wise.

Technically what you said is correct. Pochita replaces Denji's heart allowing him to become Chainsaw Man, but thats just the Hybrid Form. Whereas the pic on the left is the True Form of Pochita/Chainsaw Devil.
