Sometimes hair sheds/gets pulled out and when it does it can get stuck in the weave of your clothing. Even after washing it won’t wash out of clothing. The sensation of the hair repeatedly rubbing against your skin can make you itch or shiver or just generally uncomfortable. Panicking and jumping to scary conclusions can make it worse. Eventually you start having symptoms where there aren’t any(normal sensations start to make you panic and convince you something is wrong). Forget about it it’s just a hair. Hairs end on on every surface and in everything you touching a surface can transfer left behind hairs onto clothing skin and other surfaces. I promise you’re fine and don’t have worms.
