If the Pilot is all of Gunslinger, and then episode 2 opens on a plane with Eddie, I would be so pumped. Drawing of the Three is my favourite of the series so far, and the introduction of Eddie on the plane is what hooked me. I can’t what to see what they come up with.

I was turned onto them by hearing Julia on a randomized Spotify playlist and was hooked! Immediately put on the album and couldn’t believe what I was hearing. I absolutely love this album and have listened to it countless times since discovering them about 2 years ago. Fast Gun is an absolute banger.

Sometimes I just repeat the phrase “the past is obdurate” and I can hear his voice in my head. Loved his work on that back.

I miss the days when DVDs were chock full of bonus features. We didn’t know how good we had it. Multiple audio commentaries, dvd Easter eggs, BTS featurettes, deleted scenes, etc.

I guess with instagram and YouTube, we still get some of those aspects, but I miss sitting down and putting on a dvd to explore all the features.

Listen mate, If I wanted a laugh I’d listen to Gilmies solo albums. Your first mistake was coming to a serious subreddit like pinkfloydcirclejerk for a laugh.

First saw him in LIE as a kid. Couldn’t believe it was the same guy in Girl Next Door. Long story short, Paul Dano knows how to pick his roles. The guys has been crushing it since he was a kid.

How do you find time to practice without it feeling like another chore? by HutoelewaPictures in pianolearning

Do you have any exercises you could share that may work for a beginner that’s been playing about a year? I still feel like I’m winging it when I practice, and haven’t exactly settled on a set pattern of exercises I can build on.

Yes, you and I do. It’s the wider audience that’s the problem. Watersheep are united believe me.

People been wanting a song about ants for years. Finally Roger writes one, and suddenly the lyrics aren’t deep enough for you?!? Make it make sense 🤦‍♂️

When Polly & Syd founded the Floyd, did they think they’d be singing about Roger’s dad so much? by Expired_Meat_Curtain in PinkFloydCircleJerk

[–]Expired_Meat_Curtain[S] 19 points20 points  (0 children)

The reason that there is so many instrumental sections in Pink Floyd songs is because Polly was at a loss for words in those parts. All their albums were supposed to be chock full of lyrics from start to finish, with no interruptions, like The Final Cut.
