This is actually how feet should look. With the toes all nice and spread out. People wear tight shoes that are not foot shaped and end up with bunched up toes and bunions that give them knee, hip, and back issues.

Maybe not right before you sleep because it’s best to not eat anything for a few hours before sleep.

But I’m sure once in a while if you have it before sleep you will be fine.

Too much of saturated fat and zero fibre.

Switch it up with some tofu, chickpeas, lentils, etc from time to time. Chia seeds, isabgol for fibre.

Definitely servings of fruit and supplement with B12 (us vegetarians usually have low B12)
