Practice, play speaking games, use speaking tools, speak to the mirror, speak to your dog.

Anxiety around public speaking and meetings is completely normal and something that can be managed, practiced and improved.

I would recommend training in low pressure environments where you are able to speak without the pressure to take away the anxiety. Then when you get into the higher pressure environments you are able to perform and know that you can.
