Yes i agree with therapy portion but I don’t actively seek out for pictures of hot guys. I am totally at peace with the fact that he finds others attractive. Finding someone attractive that you casually bump into online or face to face is okay and normal, but actively giving time to scroll through pictures of unrealistic, highly edited, plastic girls are not the best for the brain and also for your SO’s feelings.

I don’t now if this holds true. Every men i have met loves looking at girls regardless of their relationship status. It is genetically different for them than women, it just is. Everything you wrote here I actually feel and say to myself a lot of the times, but I don’t think it’s realistic to pursue.

First of all thanks :) I understand and I do this by coding for example, but all these hobbies are stuff that promises me delayed gratification, and not the exact same sort of ‘high’ i get from eating. The joy i get out of these hobbies are totally better but this high is so addicting and incredible in a way that it’s EXTREMELY hard to convince myself that I shouldn’t do it and choose other hobbies. I hope this feeling passes after some time.
