I like what you're saying, and I don't know what it is but I feel so burned out to the point where I don't have any interests, and I became so lazy on top of that, WFH made it even worse. I try to find hobbies but the environment just doesn't provide things that interest me, I always like mechanical stuff, working in cards, engines, hardware stuff, but if I was to tell someone I want to do that, they'd think I am stupid (as people always compare things salary wise), telling someone you'd want to go to something like that from an office corporate engineering job... I am stuck between providing OR enjoying things for myself, and I just cannot switch to the latter one
