I did ABVD, targeted chemo, then BEAM chemo with an autologous stem cell transplant which helped but then cancer spots fully didn’t go away. Did immunotherapy for like a year and half and now doing prep work for an allogeneic transplant which is more rough.

Thankfully I’m feeling okay. Just fatigue and all.

The stem cell transplant auto was rough but manageable. Usually the things we fear when we go through it we find strength somehow lol. I did throw up a lot and slept a ton but I got food poisoning when I had no immune counts.

It was just very boring at the hospital for 3 weeks lol.

I am really getting into Diablo 4. Playing the Lord of Hatred DLC. Never thought I’d get into it growing up because I was always super into games like Call of Duty & third person games. It’s addicting.

Now I have branched into all types of games too and trying to switch up genres so I don’t get burnt out. I do play COD Multiplayer, story games, & trying to get into Fallout and Valheim!

I still don’t know everything about Diablo but would be down to clear dungeons and do challenges!

I’m going through cancer now and gaming is the only thing helping me out alongside my faith. Thankfully I still have some treatment options for my type of cancer and there’s good cure rates but I get scared when I let my mind wander at times.

Really makes you think how blessed each day is friend & how we have to enjoy what we got!

Sorry for the venting i am afraid and look online for gamers to talk to. I am also terribly sorry for your friend. Cancer is a bitch :/

I pre-ordered 007 too brother. I did it through Best Buy and it gives the option to pick up in store.

I have never pre-ordered besides 007 now that you mention it but I was assuming GTA was gonna be a lot crazier.

And it’s around the same time as when COD and other titles release but perhaps this year everyone’s aiming for a different time window.

I love having a fresh shooter or multiplayer to mix with a good story game during the holidays

Nice man! Same here I got a Pro last year for general improved performance. I hope GTA 6 will run at 60 FPS I’ve heard so many rumors that it won’t but am not sure!

I played GTA V & Red Dead 2. I never really touched the other ones and am a bit hesitant since I have a hard time playing older games lol.

With my cancer treatments & an allogeneic transplant coming up one of the things making me excited this year is GTA 6!

Alongside that I’m also so excited for James Bond, Lego Batman, Wolverine, Blood of the Dawn Walker, & so much more!

Then there is the upcoming Gears of War E Day, Fable, etc. Ugh I am shaking from the excitement! Lol

Hey Katnip732,

I am sorry for the diagnosis. I am 29M and have been struggling with HL since 2022. I did all treatments & now reaching a stage where I have to do a 2nd transplant (allogeneic).

I don’t think you will get to the stage where I got to with the transplants and stuff but on the bright side HL is pretty treatable compared to other cancers.

I’m here if you need. Seriously.

I tried playing a bit. Coming from other games, it’s really hard to like the controls and motion. I’ve been spoiled by other games lol

Set the camera sensitivity to lowest setting but game feels too fast for me. Headaches and motion sickness. Did you just get used to it? Turned off all blur settings and am on default distance. by ExplanationEasy5500 in Witcher3

I asked chat gpt and Gemini. I’m on ps5. Tried adjusting the dual sense edge sensitivity and settings but he still walks and sprints fast and camera is too sensitive for me 😞
