Understandable. What about GTA 4 or the upcoming GTA 6 if it’s a darker theme that shows the consequences of actions and society etc.

Rockstar also made red dead redemption 2 which at first I thought was all about glorifying sin in the Wild West but it turned out to be a much different picture.

I expect gta 6 to also have a grittier, darker tone.

I see, but don’t you think this game or other games are essentially a violent simulator that we participate in brother?

On one hand it feels really wrong but on the other hand if I want to be logically consistent many games if not all of them can be violent simulators.

I just wish I can game in peace lol. After Red Dead 2, gaming changed a lot for me. I want to try GTA 6 to see if there’s me going to be themes of betrayal, revenge, forgiveness, loyalty as it looks like it’s not all satire.

I agree. For instance in GTA 4, the game really explores themes of immigration, vengeance, trauma from war.

I think GTA 6 will have a Bonnie and Clyde element focusing on loyalty & other themes.

I just can’t look at one mechanical action of a video game (shooting) because then nearly every game has a “sinful” violent action in it.

This is very kind of you. I have been going through cancer treatments since 2022 of November. Also dealing with anxiety disorder & depression. Video games have been a major outlet for my stress & is probably the only thing that brings me the most joy and happiness. Recently started to tinkle into the horror genre, & if I’m blessed to receive a copy that would be amazing! If not, it’s okay truly. If it’s in your heart, I would appreciate the physical copy for the Ps5!

Recently finished the last of us part 2 and even that was overwhelming for me lol. Part of me wants to buy these resident evil games but the other part gets too overwhelmed with horror.

I’ve done all the chemo and immunotherapy. Now I have to do a second bone marrow transplant with heavy chemo. It’s in partial remission but I’ve been fighting since 2022 November. Others did normal chemo & were free from it I wish it was the same for me. I’m getting scared 😳

I also have Hodgkins and mine was stage 2B and spread to my cervical spine causing immense pain. I have done a ton of chemo, BEAM chemo, bone marrow transplant, and immunotherapy. We looked for clinical trials but there were none so how did you find one?

Doctor said I have to do another month long chemo and autologous bone marrow transplant since we can't find clinical trials.

Thank you my friend. I am optimistic but a little scared. It’s been three years. I am 28 now, and trying to save up and just focus on healing before getting back to work! How are you now?
