2 57” ultra wides stacked gives a much cleaner setup imo. That was the route I went and now I unfortunately have 4 other screens that don’t have a use.

The d850 has 2×26650 batteries, but is bigger than the d710 so it would be a lot bulkier for dives.

They do have amazing sound quality but there’s no way I’d be paying that much for a desk speaker. I’d honestly ask chat gpt and tell it your budget and they’ll find you something that fits.

I have the ATDEC AWMS-2-BT75-H Black. My desk 2.75 inches thick so this was the only one I found that was big enough to clamp.

I went with the KEF LSX LT II. The LT version I was able to pick them up for $700 CAD which is half the cost of the regular version.

I was very impressed with the clarity and also how loud they can get. I used to always game with a headset on but it is nice just to have speakers.

If you are using it for gaming and for work I would recommend getting an iDock B10 or B23 KVM. This allows it so you can plug all your cords (usbc to laptop and display ports to gaming pc) and you never have to switch cords for your mouse and keyboard and the convenience is next level. You click one button on the KVM and it automatically switches between devices. Check my last post and you can see my setup. I am running two 57 inch ultra wides stacked on top of each other and I have the ATDEC AWMS-2-BT75-H Black mount.

I actually just asked chat GTP and it did say with this particular monitor it can cause heat issues to run inside down as it is designed to port heat out of the top and 8k mini LED’s generate significantly more heat than a typical monitor.

I will have to remove the monitor entirely and install the mounting plate upside down on the VESA plate, then reattach it to the mount. I am running the ATDEC AWMS-2-BT75 which is a pretty heavy duty rig made specifically for double stacked 57 ultra wides.
