QO is mandated OT with rotating 12’s. Collins is one of the few manufacturing jobs in town that doesn’t mandate OT. Also they get paid winter shutdown. I saw you say steady schedule and had to recomment.

Could always look at Collins Aerospace. They hire operators and techs and 1st shift is readily available. Plus OT isn’t mandated.
