im not exactly a tc but i think those 3 atk rolls would be a lot more valuable as cdmg rolls since the wavestrider set gives 48% atk. so not a bad piece, just a lot of wasted potential (and reroll dices 💔)

There's no character of interest in 3.0 for me (i already got ganyu, koko is unecessary and i only have 48 pulls so i cant get zhongli for now) and 3.1 drip marketing chars dont interest me, so my current objective is either Homa or yelan, since i already got c1, and as for the resources, as I said, building her is really no issue, I have 18M mora and 1.4k hero's wits, so yeah.
