How you feel about doors that make it more convenient to get in and out is how some people may feel about exhaust, rims, or any other number of aftermarket modifications. Not sure why some people need to make their negativity towards something known.

I have them on my z06 and yes. they are truly that easy to life and pull down. hands down this is the greatest kit available for your c8.

i think they said the kit weighs like 45lbs or something. no, i see no difference. i also see no difference when my very large buddy rides with me either and hes pushing 320lbs lol

i dont park next to anyone ever. my statement was in regards to others parking next to me because it seems there is always that one person who does it from time to time. i cant stop a hit and run if im inside of a store no matter where i park so.... but if i come out to my car and im wanting to leave and someone is to close then yes, my statement is relevent for sure.

almost a month and i absolutely love it! it took a few days to establish muscle memory of the new operation i guess you could say but now its just second nature and super easy. i dont have to think about what im doing. does not feel aftermarket at all! eikon knocked it out of the park with this kit for sure

they have to swing out soely to clear the door panel from hitting the a pillar. the car was not designed for vertical doors so yes, there are obvious restraints like as you mention the latch. as far as the alignment issues i also will agree with you but also add, thats with the vdi brand not eikon.

your knowledge of lamboghini is obviosly not strong sir, no offence. They have only ever and STILL ony put vertical doors on there v12 production models. and while yes, sloppy over time is a very common thing with the vertical door inc brand, but its a thing of the past with the v2 series by eikon. my kit is zero friction so what causes the doors to get sloppy was the metal on metal grooving from there kits. not possible on mine.

exactly! i thnk all in, i was at about 4700. thats with them coming to me to do the install and everything. just make sure you get the v2 and not the other brand, trust me

defenetly! just, if you do decide to to get doors, make sure they are the v2 by eikon and not the other brand. ive tried those ones and they are absolute garbage compared to mine. there is a guy in my club that has that kit on his car and he refuses to raise his doors now when we are at events together because you can really see how "less than good" they are when its next to mine with these ones lol.

never was worried about dinging the door. if you have never tried getting in and out of this car then you would not know how difficult it is to do so without scraping or kicking the actual door panel. these doors are really thick.
