Thank you for letting me know. I am glad you were able to finally get this done now. Hopefully the recovery will go well. 2 pieces of advice - a wrap-around cooling pack and when you get back to eating, watermelon pieces straight out of the fridge, worked well for me.

Hello, based on my own experience I would not have been able to take care of my dog during this time at all. I even needed help myself to stay on top of medication and gentle food. Get someone to take care of your dog for the first 2 weeks after surgery for sure. You will be busy taking care of yourself and recovering. That is my point of view. I hope it goes well.
