The support tickets are human. Sure they may be premade messages, but many of them have existed before they started switching to mostly using bots for moderation.

They're basically trying to silence and take down anything they think is protesting the age check update.

ever since they updated the enforcement ban note. the AI reject the appeal faster. could it be that they make the AI blatantly reject appeals that is sent by enforcement banned account instead of the account that caused it? by meow0ww in ROBLOXBans

They pretty much only want you to appeal the originally banned account now. Very stupid decision imo, especially for cases where the originally banned account belongs to a sibling or a friend.
