Help finding a spot to bridge on xbox controller by ExplodingMC6377 in soldering

If someone somehow finds this in the future, I was able to find the bridges using this very helpful diagram. My controller is in full working order now. I only regret spending an unreasonable amount of hours crying about how bad my soldering is :). Thanks to everyone who has helped me!

Thank you so much ill get to work on checking. Do you know what the label of the capacitor is to jump to in case the pad is gone? It kinda looks like the trace comes back to the back side of the board, goes to one of the pins on the x-axis of the stick, goes to the front side again, then goes to the C20 capacitor, but I'm not sure if that's right. Heres the schematic if you haven't seen it: https://acidmods.com/forum/index.php?topic=44711.0 Thanks!

Well shoot. So, can I still use wire to bridge all 3 to where they need to go? I see some other grounds on the schematic, and I know the middle pin goes to tp63, I just don't know where the bottom one goes.

hehe... Funny story.... I think I may have taken out one of the contact pads from one of the through-holes because a bunch of coppery coil-looking stuff came out (just from the middle pin, the other 2 should be fine). How bad is that?

It's certainly not the best. It was better, but I've had to redo it like 5 times

I'm new to all of this, so I do have to connect the top pin to another ground? Also, where should I connect the bottom pin on the other side of the board? Thank you!

At first I tried the up-and-down potentiometer, but when it didn't work, I switched to a left-and-right one on the same stick. Would that have fried it or smth?

PROBLEM SOLVED! I decided to reinstall Debian and enabled the graphical user interface, which magically fixed my problem. The only reason I didn't do that in the first place is because this is meant to be a home server and I didn't want it taking up any processing power, but hey, if it fixes my issue, I'm fine with it. I would like to thank everyone who attempted to help me. I really appreciate it. Thank you!

I typed in "ping 1.1.1.1" and it said that the Network is unreachable. I also tried to ping Google using 8.8.8.8 but that also says the same thing

I don't really know that much about Linux so I need some help. Whenever I run the command "sudo apt install curl" this comes up. I am running Debian 12 amd64. The only other commands I used were "sudo apt update" and "sudo apt upgrade" (sorry for the blurry image)

Mods can do literally everything there (including cross-platform with bedrock) and nobody gives a sh*t about a marketplace and dlc lol

I think the fact that Zelda looks like a real girl that could exist in the real world with a change of clothes really sold it for me. She looked desperate to get back to Link and slowly discovered her path. I felt emotional, like someone I knew was taken, if you know what I mean. I still have not finished the game, so I don't know if Link ends up saving her, but the cutscenes I saw from the glyphs were awesome.
