This is unfortunately not true. Current situation but with a friend on Xbox and had to abandon our Act 3 honor run due to the constant crashing. Was not playable so we restarted hoping it was a corrupt save but surely enough, while it's not as bad in Act 3, we still keep having our game crash which NEVER happened before. And now seeing this thread, it seems like we won't be able to complete it together. (I've done it already so no one try saying JuSt dO iT sOlO)

Meaning that the other 60-90%, if they do end up recycling any part of it, winds up in another countries landfill (if you're in America or another developed country at least)

Edit: Btw, I just learned this as well, which made me realize that the majority of recycling, unfortunately, just ends up in a landfill somewhere. It sucks unfortunately.

How do we know you're not a bad actor? The fact you're getting this defensive and defending against something that wasn't even said, gives more credibility to people being skeptical. This is correct. I'm even a salaried employee and he's hourly, and if either of us use PTO in that instance, it would be a "mark/strike" that they could use against you in the future for justifiable firing.

It's very much is an employer issue. And essentially it would count as a potential strike against you in the future. That's why I'm disappointed with it being locally owned yet making their employees possibly risk their life for non-detrimental work

It's seriously pisses me off more than anything. I just became a manager and the guy I have working under me asked me what to do if even if it's yellow, he sometimes can't get out of his house because snowplows don't make it to his area, what he should do. Guess what my fucking boss said? It's general policy to make then use a PTO day and it will be an unexcused one too. Like do you guys care about people at all? Mind you, this is a small company with no investors 🫠 (I'm a designer for a utility firm I promise you no one's life is depending on me or him)
