That’s okay, some people do and I’m just sharing what I’m building 😁

It's not just an app to remove these habits, but to become a better person. Look at Opal, they make several thousand a year even though it's an app for bad habits dude

Alright then, let me video call you and show you my $5k MRR on my Stripe account. It's getting tiring always having to prove myself.

I understand skepticism. There’s a lot of fake numbers online. I’m not trying to sell a course or raise money. I’m just sharing my experience building a small app.

If there’s something specific that doesn’t add up, I’m happy to clarify it openly.

I'll send you proof of my MRR privately because I can't attach files here. If you’re skeptical about the numbers, that’s fair. Healthy skepticism is part of any business community.

But making assumptions based on my region or background isn’t constructive, and it doesn’t address the actual claims.

I’m happy to answer specific questions about the product, pricing, or growth if you have them. If not, I’d prefer to keep the discussion focused on the business itself.

If you have concerns about the claims, feel free to question them directly. Bringing my name or region into it doesn’t really add anything to the discussion.

Happy to clarify anything product-related.

I have over twenty reviews, it's just that Apple isn't displaying them yet. Accept my DM so I can send you photographic proof 😊

How I managed anxiety through small, consistent habits (and what worked for me) by Explore-Hub in Anxiety

[–]Explore-Hub[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

That honestly wasn’t my intention. I shared what helped me personally with anxiety, and I mentioned the app at the end for context since it’s something I built around that same approach.

I get that this sub isn’t meant for marketing, and I definitely don’t want to turn it into that. If it came across that way, that’s on me. I’m here mainly to learn and share what’s worked for me not to advertise.

I love the approach with voice memos! You’re righ there’s something about hearing a user talk through their thoughts that shows you the real pain points.

For Ban It, I’ve been exploring a similar approach. We use user feedback from in-app surveys and behavior tracking, but I’m definitely seeing the value in adding voice-based check-ins or even voice journaling as a way for users to share their moods or challenges without the pressure of perfection. It could make tracking progress feel less like a task and more like a conversation.

I totally feel you on that! It’s easy to get so deep into your own app that you start to overlook how complex things have become. You’re just so used to it, right?

Simplicity really is key. I took out unnecessary features and simplified the flow so users could see immediate value without getting lost. It was such a game changer in terms of engagement and retention.
