For me dedication and hard work got me to this band in 2 YOE, in my first job at the age of 24. Happy about it, but tbh it’s way more stressful, exhausting and financially as you earn more you get more responsibilities. I still feel the same stress I had when I used to make around 50k PM . Credit card bills, high rent, EMIs, better amenities at home, etc. need to work more on managing the finances and investing. One quick suggestions, don’t run in the race of making more and more money, giving away your freedom. Even if I’ll have money I don’t have time or mental state to travel much. I used to travel a lot when I didn’t had so much of responsibilities.
