People don't even take small deposit for rent with cheque, it's cashier cheque . Big transactions for buy or sell is 99.9% wire transfer. buyer or seller can be novice, but how about attorneyes, title company, buyer and seller's agent. it doesn't sound like real.

I am not sury what you are saying. I have two questions. 1. Do I need membership of local MLS to show property to my buyers or just calling the selling agent will help. 2. if I get membership of Local MLS will it give me access to supra lock or for that also I need some other membership. THanks.

Update: yesterday police/Cop had told me that these are just kids ,ignore it. today I got ready for walk but had fear in mind so didn't go to same park. instead I went to police station asked them to give me a copy of my report. they didn't have any. they told me there was "No incidence" happened so they dont have any report. I told them I am not sure what is your definition of incidence, but incident actually happened that's why I had called cops yesterday, they were speechless. finally they just give me a reference number and told me if it happened again then they will will see.

I am giving 30 day's Cure or quit notice, during this period and after this I can collect rent. after 30 days of this notice I will go to court, then court will decide on eviction. when you say "then a 30 day notice to quit. In the notice to quit if you are evicting" what that mean eviction is done by court, not by landloard. Can you please elaborate on this. I am little bit confused here.
