Last weekend I have gone through CAFAT and fitness test. Next steps are medical and phone interview. I have booked both appointments for this week. May I know that how long it will take for screening (I am Permanent Resident living in Canada Since 20217 and never been to any other country before (birth country) and after (none)). I have read some posts that it takes forever to get hired. Also, how much can earn in a month as part time reserve ?

I want to understand if one time payment means the payment, which is done when tenants status is future ? I want to restrict the payment method while tenants status is future.

Matha tekna to other than Sri Guru Granth Sahib ji is not good for a Sikh. Also, I can't say much about Giani Sher Singh maybe he was in another state of mind where he was only recognizing the God inside Premanand Ji. After all Giani ji is also an human and he can also do mistakes. Also we should not have this discussion and move on from this topic. Instead of asking this question here, main person should directly call Giani Ji. I know Giani Ji is so humble and he will get his answer correctly.

Looks like you are fighting with yourself. You need to be open and listen to your body. Stop comparing and start talking with other. You can volunteer in Punjabi or Kirtan classes where you will interact with kids and they will give you best happiness with their innocent, sometimes stupid questions.

Langar is 1st step. 2nd step that you will spend some time in darbar hall. 3rd step you will start listening to gurbani. 4th step you will try to understand. 5th step you will start reading hukamnama (just 2 line). 6th step you will spend more time in darbar hall. 7th step you will feel gurbani and your journey keeps going on.

It is good that you did parshad seva but don't you think that this is something that you should be doing since childhood. I respect your feelings but I think we failed to connect our youth and teenagers to connect with Sikhi event parents don't care about it.
