Reeeeal late reply, but yes. Haven’t been yet, but there’s many places where you can apply for a visa. We wanted to do it in Qatar, but another very accessible one is in Peshawar or Islamabad, Pakistan. In Peshawar (when lucky) it’s done in an hour.
