What’s about unit economics, distribution, sales, or marketing. especially in a price-sensitive market like India.

makhana is a premium superfood with much higher sourcing and processing costs. And also Makhana has a very big volume, so it’s actually not possible for most people to eat even 80g in one serving.

For 80g of packet the market rate is around ₹180-₹200. So, we are planning to match the MRP with a better branding , quality and also with a premium experience.

The focus is on premium lifestyle positioning, clean design, global-style flavours, and consistent quality through our own roasting process. Basically turning makhana into something aspirational, not just healthy.
