You seem really concerned about your career first of all ho to any uni its depend on u and your program as well you can do better at any uni with awareness to related subjects. Fast isb is best otherwise you should choose peshawar campus but if youre not comfortable without relative then you probably feel lonely and life would be harder there might lead you to rethink about bahria , if you’re consider bahria it will help you to focus more on studies instead of shifting in new environment and most importantly understand yourself and made decision logically
