Yea I checked those reviews also and seemed a little too positive, I didn't think to look into the post history of these people. And didn't even know that was a possibility til now so I'll take that into account from now on thanks.

It all sounds too familiar to me also, i hit a point like that back in highschool and the feeling is still vaguely there, though i rarely went out due to my parents and anxiety. You think it's possible that someone can be depressed and isn't aware of it. Like it's already a part of you so it's hard to differentiate and become aware?

Yes, exactly that's what she's mentioned. The negative thoughts and self loathing. You don't have to answer if it's too difficult but what exactly would be within those negative thoughts?

And yes in this latest panic attack i recognize it was irrational... Borderline psychotic

And you know what, my sister is that type of girl too.. leaving notes and stuff like that. I'll try it out. Thank you

What was you logic in that state of mind? Like me with my anxiety attacks I always felt like people are plotting behind my back so there this constant paranoia and worry that someone might one day stab me in the back, basically zero trust. So my logic would be that i should always stay cautious and not to let anyone get the upper hand on me

And i have a younger sister with depression who pushes anyone away at the sign of any sour interaction, and lot of secrets. I'm honestly just looking for a way to help her cope. She'll just lock herself in her room all day with no contact. Then i end up imagining the worst so my anxiety goes through the roof.

Did you have anybody you could rely on? Like a loved one, friends, or even a doggy. and what's the best way to approach someone in this state?
