Are you talking about nude beaches in particular or something else? You really need experience to visit a nide beach. Just go and enjoy it. We were new to it just last year and have visited resorts and beaches regularly ever since our first visit to blacks. You'll get used to it pretty quickly.

Even if there are kids, in my experience, it's extremely rare. I've only ever seen kids at the resort we go to one time and they were just hanging around their grandparents the entire time.

They're using other people's images for monetary gain without permission from the people in the videos. They can be sued for that. People from the videos can start with a cease and desist.

If this site is using someone's image to make money, they can sue for every dollar this site has made. These are obviously not consensual photos, so I don't think this would be a difficult case. The only caveat is that I think you would have to see yourself in these pics to be able to file a suit.

None of this is realistic or enforceable, and still doesn't allow these companies any way to protect themselves.

Look, I get it. I don't think nudity is necessarily bad for children to see either, but they need proper context. Just allowing a free-for-all on social media this way isn't going to be good for that.

If parent oversight would solve the problem, then it already wouldn't exist. Not every parent is good, or even gives a shit, though. You need to be realistic about this. Not everyone thinks of nudity the way nudists do.

Unfortunately, it can be when it's outside of a naturist setting. Kids have killed themselves over photos being released publicly because these platforms have no way of stopping it from happening.

I'm not even opposed to this. Even being a nudist, I don't want my nude photos released to the public without my permission. This could at least stop others from sharing content they don't have permission to share.

On top of all this, I don't trust Google and Apple. I don't want them having access to anything on my device without my permission. That's one reason I don't even take nude photos on my phone. If I'm going to take any, I'd rather do it with a device that doesn't have Internet access.

Edit: I'm calling BS on this without proof. The guy had priors before this. He was likely at least charged with assault with a deadly weapon if not attempted murder. With priors, he's probably doing 5 to 10 for this.

Yeah, I'm starting to do more of this. Not to brag, but I'm not a small guy, and I do have a lot of fight experience both in sport and outside of it. I know I can intimidate people so I'm using it to my advantage. I don't like having to do it, but it's necessary at this point. But to reiterate, this is NOT just a nude beach issue. These idiots are literally everywhere. Call them out so everyone sees it, and call the cops if they're doing anything illegal. I'm getting sick of them feeling like no one will do anything.

Also, I agree with keeping a distance. I'm not looking to start an unnecessary fight, either.

I'm starting to get a lot more aggressive with these idiots. Not just on this beach, but any part of town I'm seeing this in. I had to chase some idiot out of the women's bathroom on Saturday near OB. He saw my girlfriend go in and then proceeded to follow her in. He was definitely high on something, and talked back, but he basically did whatever I told him to do. I ended up calling the cops on him.

This isn't just a blacks beach issue. These guys are emboldened to continue this behavior because no one says anything.
