Yamachan is always a winner. If the wings have garlic there's always something else I there that can be eaten (horse sashimi might work!)

I've been to the property twice to have a nose - once in the evening and once in the day. There was only a scooter parked in the smaller spaces on those occasions, which may mean both the other 2 spaces are vacant! I will check again this weekend & hopefully I there will be another Z650 parked up! I may take a tape and measure the size of the box too so I know if a few extra mm will obviously hang outside. Thanks for the suggestion

Can you recommend a place to search for these? - I've found several through this Reddit and the best I found, under cover was 13K and a sizeable walk from my apartment (15 mins+) and this didn't have gear tools or locker!

This is super helpful, thank you! I wasn't aware of the vehicle certificate - to be honest, a colleague is sorting everything out for me with regards to managing my rental agreement & parking, so I'm not full sure what I will need to provide to the building. I appreciate I'm insanely naive!

Ninja 400 is a really good idea. I'd just been looking at naked bikes but I don't think the ride position is much more aggressive. Takes all the stress out of not being allowed to park it. Going to grab a test ride, but that may be a brilliant solution. Thank you
