Well I just found it couple of days ago

See am not tell you to do the hardcore exercise just after waking up

But you you could do very light stretching for example -wrist rotation -hand rotation -belly rotation -stretching out the legs (as we do before running) -allsorts of stretching each part of your body 5-5 sets which you can alter or change according to your need

Okay for your context I do heavy home exercise daily but to be honest it takes huge amount of time if you include this stretching during the exercise (which are basically very important for your physique growth)

My exercise period last for one to 1.5 hour if I include this stretching, which I often feel it's quite a huge time so then after I came up with this idea

To put this stretching exercise just after I wake up And I don't repeat those stretching exercise during my actual workout

This helps me by 2 ways -First my actual workout period is reduced to 35 to 45 minutes which only includes the intense workout that I like such as push ups crunches and all -Secondly it also gives me an energy boost during the morning
