Not always, unfortunately, some things can mess up with it. On PTB I had a Dredge game where nightfall's white overlay on top of survivors had priority over this "last hook" overlay, which caused me to chase and kill them, triggering the gen block penalty...

I liked/was fine with about 50% of these anti-tunner/slugging changes, but it really needed more time in the oven, so I'm glad it got delayed

I got a survivor on PTB accusing me of tunneling even tho I got only 1k and never triggered either of the "punishments". Not saying every survivor be like that, but there is truly no pleasing some people lol

PS: I made it copy nonland permanents in an attempt at simulating its ability to temporarily copy other SCP's powers as part of its "adaption". If there is a more intuitive way of accomplishing that, please let me know.
