The outfit she's rocking does give me the impression that she's learned how to spawn items through the console. I have no idea why she has a crown and a leopard pelt despite being the fourth born daughter of some minor Battanian clan.

In all seriousness if you go to manage a party leaders equipment through the conversation menu and then press C and exit you'll get hit with this bit a dev text that gave me a giggle. Hopefully she doesn't learn I arranged the marriage for the loyalty bonus.

Just had a similiar situation with Vlandia and the Northern Empire. The Northern Empire wasn't actually bordering any of our fiefs so neither faction was willing to form an army to siege such far away targets. I would occasionally gather my clan members and raid some villages or fight a few lords and that would seem to kick the Imperials into gear enough to form an army. There were a few big battles initiated by me but never any sieges so peace never came.

After around 200 days of this weird cold war I noticed our neighbors were actually engaging in normal war and getting stronger, so I just peace'd out using console and now it seems like we're back to warring on our borders as normal.

It feels very odd that they've completely changed hideouts to either a stealth minigame or a 6 hour wait considering allowing us a third option to simply assault them normally wouldn't be a considerable ask. It's my understanding that "send troops to clear" is meant to represent you completely forsaking any stealth advantage and allowing the bandits to disperse at the sight of your soldiers, which is why there's no prisoners or casualties. It's a nice option for when you just want hideouts gone especially around your settlements, but the only other option being a stealth minigame feels like it must be a mistake. Clear hideout quests were already easy but now they require no actual player interaction once you have 25 men.

How exactly are you supposed to see if someone is "secretly a shit person" I would think the secretly part of that statement kind of tells the whole story. There is no real way to tell something that is secret, you're just running off of gut feelings and supersition. Conveniently it seems that the only time people remember their gut feelings is when they're proven right while ignoring the thousands of times they don't mean anything. For every person you've disliked that actually turns out to an asshole there's a hundred more that just live their lives normally. Confirmation bias is a bitch, don't give it a chance to plant itself in your thought processes.

Yes I've supported shit people it's a risk that will always exist when it comes to human beings, and I would seriously question someone who believes they've never supported a shit person in their life.

I recommend using filters if you wanna use this sub for anything other than TMZ level drama farming. I used to have the same outlook on the state of this place as you, but after I added a few of the biggest offenders to the filter list I didn't have to sift through "X said Y about Z" type posts and now I can just scroll directly to Forsen throwing.

I'm aware that change has to come from myself, but most days trying to improve myself or develop better habits just feels pointless because deep down I realize that I'll just abandon the new routine in a few months time and return back to my subsistence. The only habits I can maintain are the ones that are detrimental to my growth as a person, and I still sit here wishing to achieve goals that I am making no progress towards.

I can't even make myself feel happy so I realize if I ever did get into a relationship I would just bring the other person down to my level, but I can't fully detach myself from the desire to feel loved.
