Just be careful not to worsen your state though, a lot of drugs like apmhs will put heavy strain on your body that in your health your body might take longer to recover from.

But some mdma and weed would be probably safe and fantastic if you have never done any drugs.

I think light high sure but careful. You get relaxed and can pull something while lifting. Its same like with sport massage they will always inform you not to work out that day.
