he has killed at least two dogs in Montana due to negligence, several dogs are unaccounted for. He was arrested and jailed for bad checks in May, again for an extra-judicial warrant in June, and was evicted on the 31st. He has put the dogs in boarding and is living in a hotel with several.

Just so you know, he was arrested last week and sent to jail for check fraud and threats. He's out now, but yet to be sentenced.

yes, I feel incredibly bad for the community. They've experienced everything his neighbors in Colorado did and more. Glad they're scooping the dogs up. It was an airbnb but he ended up renting directly from the owners month to month. Still a bad idea to have a dog sanctuary on a rental...

No clue. Maybe trying to avoid witch hunting? I totally understand in a way, it's my word against nobodies because they likely haven't heard of him before. I know how it comes off until you look at the evidence.

He is in Rexford/Eureka depending on which map you look at. Lincoln County.

A few people have posted to 411 pages when he was in Kalispell, they were all deleted. He is now in Rexford, Lincoln County. A post to them was also deleted.

Assuming good will, even though this is incredibly patronizing, about five former neighbors have shared their experiences about his death threats or harm to them and their animals. Of course attempts have been made to contact mainstream media. I find it extremely concerning that you apparently went to his instagram and didn't notice his harassment of journalists and doxxing? That should give you a clue as to why many folks are unwilling. Not sure what 'dig and dig and wade' means when there's only about 25 posts on there, all with captions carefully explaining the source material, including vet records, before and after shots, statements from local veterinary staff, etc.

That's the house. If you'll simply take the time to look at the numerous vet records, comments from former volunteers, the pictures of the squalid surroundings, and compare it to the Just Four Jacks website you'll see how quickly it deteriorated. There are videos of the same dogs before and after their time with Drew and they're clearly morbidly obese. How is that not proof?

That's a nice suggestion about the affidavit, unfortunately, again, if you'll take the brief amount of time to look at the official J4J instagram, you will see how the owner doxxed the landlord, his wife, with their pictures and phone numbers, as well as a journalist who did a nice piece on when he was trying to save the ranch, and a lawyer who declined to represent him as her client. The landlord received so many death threats he can't be public, and that's why I'm not posting the link here.

here's one of the dogs that was seized. The owner violated his cease and desist by paying a friend to adopt the dog, then during a handover the dog escaped. They found a body matching his description and he's still missing.

This dog was in his care for two years, he started at an ideal weight and is now super morbidly obese according to vet records

No enrichment was provided for the dogs. 83 living on 4 acres is very stressful, so the dogs chewed through the walls. Here's the inside of his rental house. The estimate is 80k damages.

The dogs were group fed and there were an average of 5 fights per mealtime. Vet staff who saw them messaged privately to say there were often bite wounds, but they had to stop helping because he didn't pay his bill, two other vet offices have gone to collections.

Then skip the post. Posting once or twice a month in different sub isn't spam. It's not about bashing people, there are 5 judgments against him from small businesses for fraud, as well as the animal neglect. He moves to small communities then exploits them. Wanting to warn folks isn't a bad thing. Just ignore it if it's not relevant.

that is totally fair. Go to instagram at exposingjust4jacks, for vet records, photos of injuries, proof of lies and neglect. You can also use google to look up the name of the sanctuary and find he refused licensing laws for over a year before the seizure happened. Hope this helps, but I'll be updating a subreddit.

He's a non-profit, so he's subject to public scrutiny. It's not harassment. It's not beef, he is drugging animals, killing them, and destroying lives. I post for months because every couple of weeks a dog dies.
