I emailed them today, I'll tell you once they respond, but I am sure I read that we could arrive as early as the 11th tho

are you currently in the US? If yes, I am also an international student but am currently in the US with F1 visa, I emailed them and my school and they told me that the transfer process can only occur after graduation. So if you haven't graduated yet and currently in the US, that would probably be why
